Who we are
The Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) is the University office for network, email, websites, academic systems and user support. It sits under the Vice-Chancellor’s Office. The University’s Academic Brief conceived Sule Lamido University as ICT-driven. Students, staff and units use this portal to find a service, report a fault, or reach the right team.
What we do
- Develop and maintain the University’s ICT infrastructure.
- Support digital systems and services for staff and students.
- Design, install and maintain the campus network, hardware and software.
- Provide email, internet and related services.
- Design and develop University websites.
- Provide a helpdesk for faults, access and requests.
- Review ICT policy, plans and the University-wide ICT budget for Management.
